About Our Practice

Regina Bright, MS, LMHC, BCST, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 17 years of experience. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and is the first Board Certified Sex Therapist recognized by the International Institute of Clinical Sexology. 

Her credentials include certification in DBT, transgender care, and kink/polyamory/fetish-affirming therapy. Regina also serves as a Clinical Supervisor, Social Investigator, and Guardian Ad Litem. 

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Regina offers individual and couples counseling with specialties in relationships, sexual health, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, parenting, stress, and anger management. She is highly experienced in working with LGBTQIA+ clients. 

Regina earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of West Florida.

Carlise McLaughlin, LCSW, CAP, SAP, is a seasoned clinician and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with advanced training in addiction treatment and a strong background in military and family issues. She earned her MSW from Florida State University and her Psychology degree from the University of West Florida.

As a Navy veteran and military spouse, Carlise brings deep insight to the experiences of service members, veterans, and their families. She specializes in couples counseling, communication skills, infidelity recovery, and conscious-coupling approaches to separation, also offering her expertise as a sex therapist.

As a Certified Addiction Professional and Substance Abuse Professional, she provides evidence-based treatment for substance use, emphasizing skill-building, shame reduction, and cognitive-behavioral strategies.

Her additional specialties include LGBTQ relationships and the treatment of mood, anxiety, and personality disorders with adolescents and adults in individual, couple, and family settings.
