Regina Bright, MS, LMHC graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and has over 12 years of Counseling Experience. Regina provides individual, group, and family therapy for children and adults. She has worked with clients having a wide variety of developmental and emotional problems including depression, anxiety, stress, as well as unresolved issues resulting from childhood. Regina’s work has also included working with delinquent and "at risk" adolescents and their families.

Regina provides psychological counseling for children, adults, and families; relationship counseling, sexual addictions, sexual disfunctions, gay / lesbian, marital communication, HIV / AIDS, conflict resolution, PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, children & adolescent behavior problems, parent-teen issues, parenting, mood disorders, stress management and anger management.

Regina received her Bachelors of Science degree at the University of West Florida in Psychology.

Inga Anderson

Inga Anderson, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Inga Anderson, MSW, LCSW, graduated with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University and has over 14 years of Counseling experience. Inga provides individual, group, and family therapy to adults and children and has worked with clients having a wide variety of behavior and emotional problems as well as survivors of adult and childhood trauma. Inga’s work has also included working with delinquent and ‘at risk’ adolescents and their families as well as air force families and their needs unique to that career field.

Inga spent 9 years in the field working with abused/neglected children and their families. She has also worked with military families and their special set of needs surrounding adjustment, deployment, and reintegration into the family.

Inga provides psychological counseling for children, adults and their families, relationship counseling, sexual addictions, conflict resolution, PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, children and adolescent behavior problems, parenting, anger / stress management, adjustment disorders, domestic violence, and drug and alcohol counseling.

Inga is also certified in prep marriage counseling and is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy. She received her Bachelor Degree from University of West Florida.


Rebecca Thomas

Rebecca Thomas, LCSW

Rebecca Thomas MSW, LCSW graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida and her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida. Rebecca provides individual, group, and relationship counseling to adults and has specialized training in the field of Drug and Alcohol Counseling, Domestic Abuse and Parenting Issues. She has worked specifically with persons struggling with Opiate, Alcohol and Cocaine Addictions as well as Co-Dependency for the last seven years and has a true passion for her work.

Rebecca provides Cognitive Behavioral Counseling, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy / Motivational Interviewing techniques as well as other forms of therapeutic interventions for adults experiencing PTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, marital conflict, domestic abuse, substance addictions, parenting issues, and anger / stress management concerns. She has worked with clients experiencing a wide variety of emotional distress to include survivors of domestic abuse, childhood trauma, traumatic brain injuries and persons exposed to combat settings with delayed onset PTSD symptoms.

Rebecca grew up a military dependent. Her father, step-father, and brothers have all served in the armed forces to include several deployments over seas. She brings with her an ability to relate to the military community and she has a sincere interest to help improve the quality of life of her clients through holistic health and wellness influences.


Karah Chambliss

Karah Chambliss, MS
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Karah Chambliss is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (FL License #IMH 9382) who graduated with a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Troy University. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from Auburn University in Psychology. She has over 9 years of counseling experience in crisis, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Karah provides individual, group, and family therapy for children and adults. She has worked with clients having a wide variety of behavioral and emotional problems as well as survivors of adult and childhood trauma. Karah’s work has also included working with delinquent and "at risk" adolescents and their families.

Karah's specialties include working with clients to address the following: sexual trauma, eating disorders, self mutilation, domestic violence, stress management, abusive relationships, grief/loss issues, mood disorders, alcohol and drug counseling, anger management, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and adolescent/child behavioral problems.
